To me, yoga is a balance of mind, body and spirit in a practice that is ever-changing, unique to everyone of us. Yoga is the movement and awareness of the body, breath and mind in postures and in stillness. Through the physical benefits and the quieting of the mind, yoga culminates in a beautiful practice that is always available to give me what I need when I am willing to arrive and be open. I am forever a student, looking to share my yoga with everyone in an open, engaging and welcoming way.
