Rethinking nutrition begins with mindful eating, optimizing nutrients to your unique needs, meal planning and shifting the mindset to view food as an ally and not the enemy! I help clients by working together with them to form new habits to create a sustainable, long-term love of food and love of self.
Rethinking Nutrition Personal Program is customized to be as unique as you. Following an initial consultation, we work together to customize the program to suit your individual health needs and goals.
Over the course of 3 months, each personal program includes six scheduled live calls to discuss a new topic and/or current progress, open email support, 4 weeks of custom meal plans (including detailed recipes and shopping lists), and a final progress meeting plus individual next steps guide.
We will focus on:
Ditching diet culture - getting past the programming and working from an anti-diet framework
Setting health goals - learn to set goals focused on how you want to feel in your body and in your day-to-day life
Mindful eating - learning to understand your true hunger and allow yourself to fully enjoy the foods you love without guilt or shame
Cravings - understanding your cravings, what they actually mean and learn how to address them without sacrificing your goals
Meal Planning - learn to properly meal plan to maximize nutrients to support your health goals and lessen any symptoms or health concerns
Moving to feel good - exploring movement and exercise for enjoyment and a source of freedom not punishment
Sustainability - create long-term habits to maintain a healthy, balanced relationship with food, movement and with your body
