Yoga is the movement and awareness of the body, breath and mind in postures and in stillness. Through the physical benefits and the quieting of the mind, yoga culminates in a beautiful practice that is always available to give us what we need when we are willing to arrive and be open.

"In Balance & Bloom, Leyette Ross shares more than her comprehensive knowledge and adept teaching skills. Throughout every session, she also subtly conveys her vision of life, so those of us privileged to practise yoga with her gain a deeper insight into the essential connection of body, mind and spirit.
Leyette’s passion for yoga, dedication to teaching and commitment to her students are truly inspiring. Since joining her online sessions, I have both progressed in the physical aspects of my yoga practice and absorbed an appreciation of mindfulness that is instilling positive change in my daily routines and ongoing self-perceptions.
Generous by nature, compassionate of spirit, patient in temperament and joyful in demeanour, Leyette is a role model as well as a teacher. She lives what she believes, and as she guides her students through each pose and each flow sequence, little-by-little we gain a profound sense of wellbeing and contentment.
I am immensely grateful to have been introduced to this remarkable woman."

SLOW FLOW
Set the intention for the week by starting your Monday with slow flow to unwind, stretch and refresh.
CORE FLOW
Core strength is invaluable and is the focus of this moderate class where we will move through various standing, seated and reclined yoga postures.
CHAIR YOGA
Meditation, awareness, strength and balance are benefits of this accessible practice.
No experience necessary, all welcome.
FLOW & LET GO
Deepen your yoga practice with movement meant to create a flowing meditation followed by guided relaxation and savasana.
GENTLE JOINTS
Enjoy a slower-paced yoga practice with special attention on our joints. We will move through seated, standing and reclined postures though we will spend most of our time time close to the mat. Have any props (blocks, cushions, blankets, strap, etc.) nearby for comfort and support.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
Build strength and flexibility through holding postures and flowing movements in this practice. Modifications offered to decrease or increase the physical challenge.
MANDALA FLOW
Move in a circular flow around the mat in a repeating pattern to build awareness, balance and concentration. This continuous flow is done with mostly standing postures with an invitation to increase or decrease physical challenge.
