To me, yoga is a balance of mind, body and spirit in a practice that is ever-changing, unique to everyone of us. Yoga is the movement and awareness of the body, breath and mind in postures and in stillness. Through the physical benefits and the quieting of the mind, yoga culminates in a beautiful practice that is always available to give us what I need when we are willing to arrive and be open.
SALUTE THE SUN
Yoga experience recommended for this moderate practice. Get your day kicked off with a lot of movement through Sun Salutations.
Core strength is invaluable and is the focus of this moderate class where we will move through various standing, seated and reclined yoga postures.
Meditation, awareness, strength and balance are benefits of this accessible practice.
No experience necessary, all welcome.
FLOW & LET GO
Deepen your yoga practice with gentle movement meant to create a flowing meditation followed by guided relaxation and savasana.
Beginners are welcome as we focus on the basics. We will explore the foundational postures and concepts of yoga.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
Build strength and flexibility through holding postures and flowing movements in this practice. Modifications offered to decrease or increase the physical challenge.
Sessions run for 8 week however you can join at any time. Fees will be prorated per start date.
